Bear has a full-time fishing guide service in Crystal River, Florida. He is a
Florida Native and has fished the Crystal River waters for more than fifteen years,
giving him an advantage over some of the other guides in the area. He has a vast
knowledge of where to go and how to catch fish.
Fishing in Crystal River can be challenging, however, Captain Bear welcomes
the challenge and enjoys helping other anglers catch their fish. His customized
Stott Craft will run in the shallowest of waters, which makes it easier to find
those schools of Redfish that live in the Backcountry of the surrounding area.

If Redfish aren't your game, Captain Bear has a variety of boats to get you
where you need to be to catch any type of specie. Bear prefers to use light to
medium weight tackle to make the fight as rewarding as possible. Not only does
Captain Bear have a fishing guide service, he also fishes all the professional
tournament trails and occasionally hosts some local tournaments here in Crystal
River.
